I am about to load Leopard on my laptop so I can use the PC version of PAF. Does anyone have any comments/insights on this issue? There is a serious lack of genealogy applications native to OSX. I have been using GEDitCom for a couple of years now but the Temple-Ready function is clunky and outdated at best. One of the good things about GEDitCom is the ability to edit most of the functions. It is VERY configurable.

It would really be nice to have it interfaced to something like Reunion. FamilyInsight does have pedigree views as well as individual views, unless the Mac version is different.
They are hid away in the menus so some people are not aware that they are part of the program. Have you tried using the pedigree views. I agree it would be better to have a full function program, but it is at least one option for Mac useres to sync with nFS.
Yes I have tried the pedigree view. I am still in the process of looking at FamilyInsight and it is a great improvement for LDS and the Mac.

I have also looked at Reunion and it is a good basic program. It lacks 2 things that I consider a must.

The searching of the internet with out having to reinter the data. IGI or nFS search. In fact all of the genealogy programs for the Mac do not have any support for LDS with the exception of storing the data you enter. Nothing like you find in RootsMagic, Legacy or other Windows programs. For non LDS Reunion it is a good program. If there were an API where you could pass data between Reunion and FamilyInsight this would answer one of my concerns. Just my rambling.

I am running virtualbox on my Mac and have both RootsMagic and Legacy installed and running under VirtualBox. RootsMagic seems to run better with network files than Legacy but both are good genealogy programs. Avg 8 free download full version.
